Calculate your deposit – 25% of the full rental with a minimum of £75 required.
The FULL BOOKING FEE is required if within 2 months of arrival date.

A separate contingency/security deposit will be required in cash on your ARRIVAL and refunded on your departure less any charges for breakages, damage etc. This deposit can be 100 UK pounds, 150 Euros or 150 US dollars.

We would recommend you telephone or email your intentions if you are using the postal method to make a reservation, as this will avoid any disappointment. We can therefore hold the property until we are in receipt of your booking form and deposit.

All reservations will be held for a maximum of 5 days until a payment is received.

We will then confirm you booking by either email, fax or post. Failure to pay the balance of the rental fee by the due date (2 months prior to arrival) will be treated as a cancellation.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation the following terms and charges will apply -

6 months prior to arrival – full refund minus 50 UK pounds admin fee
60 days or more – 25% or minimum £75 deposit charge.
30-59 days – 50% of full amount.
29 days or less – full rental fee.

Please consider obtaining personnel holiday insurance to cover this and other potential losses.
In the event of ESC cancelling the booking a full refund of all monies will be given.
